About custom artwork:
Each commission is hand-painted by artist, Hannah Auer.
Commissions will be completely based off of YOUR needs (size, subject, medium, and surface). Your photo(s) and art ideas can be customized and altered in any way in the painting. Hannah will do most all subjects EXCEPT human portraits.
Payment:
The initial payment you will make is your nonrefundable $50 down payment. This secures your place in my commission line up and covers supplies. Send your deposit to either my Venmo- Hannah-Auer-6 or to my Zelle- h.auer6@yahoo.com. Please send me multiple high quality photos along with size of painting you would like, type of paint (acrylic or watercolor), and painting surface (wood, canvas, panel, high quality watercolor paper, etc.). ALL commissions are discussed via email to ensure placement and visual of the art is exactly how you want it on the surface before any painting begins. International orders are not yet accepted.
After you place an order:
After you have placed an order please send an email with your photo(s) and art ideas to h.auer6@yahoo.com. High quality photos guarantee maximum realistic details in the artwork. Please include a description of any customizations or additions you’d like in the final artwork. Hannah is happy to discuss the artwork before she begins creating a digital draft for you!
Please note that when you place an order you will be put into a commission line. Small commissions take 2-4 days to complete, medium commissions take 3-4 days to complete, large commissions take 4-7 days to complete and XL commissions can take 1+ weeks to complete. There may be a few commissions ahead of your order to be completed first. Hannah will send you an email with an approximate start date of your artwork. She will also email you the day she begins your artwork and send you photo updates as she progresses through the artwork. When the artwork is done she will send you a final photo of the art for you to approve before it is mailed out to you.
Delivery:
Ships USPS or UPS with tracking included. Delivery typically takes about 1-7 days.
